The high-end headphone amplifier operates in Class A and has two headphone jacks: a standard 6.3mm and a balanced 4.4mm. A special feature of the T+A SDV 3100 HV (and this is its only difference from its counterpart in the SD 3100 HV series) is the preamp function, which implies the presence of an additional analog input on the RCA and XLR connectors.
