The TEAC UD-507 supports an asynchronous USB interface that controls the transmission of PCM and DSD data by synchronizing the clock frequency generated by the internal high-precision quartz oscillator UD-507. The TEAC UD-507 offers two types of clock pulses – 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz, each using a separate high-precision quartz oscillator of sound quality with low phase noise minimizing the effect of jitter on the sound quality and fidelity of the original soundtrack.
