The Musician Delphinus external DAC is based on a discrete R-2R resistor network assembled using resistors with a declared accuracy of 0.005%. A separate conversion path is provided for DSD signals, so PCM and DSD are processed by different sections of the circuit. The user can choose between OS and NOS modes, enable a fast or slow digital filter, and invert the phase.
