The main update of the Weiss DAC204-MK2 is a completely redesigned DAC board. Instead of the previous solution, the Sabre ES9028PRO chip from ESS Technology is used, and the architecture itself is complemented by an improved jitter suppression system. According to the manufacturer, this should increase the stability of the conversion even when working with sources where the jitter level may be higher than optimal. Serious attention is also paid to the analog output stage.
