The basic concept of Shanling SCD1.The 3R remained close to the original SCD1.3, introduced in 2024. The device can still function as a SACD/CD player, DAC, streamer, and preamp. In a minimal system, it can be connected directly to active speakers or a power amplifier, reducing the number of components in the rack.
