Floorstanding loudspeakers — Ø Audio Ymir

The Ø Audio Ymir speaker system is equipped with a new 12-inch driver with an "extended linear stroke" carbon fiber composite diffuser with a damping core, which should ensure stable operation at both low and high volume levels. The new speaker is designed for a wide range of reproducible frequencies and seamless integration with a new compression driver with a 76 mm diameter carbon diaphragm, which operates in the proprietary Ø Audio Quad Vertex Soundfield (QVST) waveguide, responsible for controlled radiation directivity and smooth off-axis response.
