The ROG Kithara headset was originally designed as audiophile headphones with a gaming bent, not the other way around – and this is noticeable at all levels of the design. A 100 mm planar magnetic emitter, configured by ASUS in conjunction with HiFiMan, is a rarity even for the High End. The large membrane area allows for more air to be moved with minimal distortion while maintaining speed and control.
