The preamp plays a crucial role in music playback due to the moment at the playback stage when the music signal is particularly at risk of being degraded by noise and distortion. The use of three separate enclosures in the Relentless preamp design – a separate sound enclosure for each channel separated by a power/control section — solves these problems, as well as brings other benefits.
