The Ampsandsound Stereo 17 is a compact but expressive tube power amplifier that delivers 2 x 17 watts in ultra–linear mode. It is made according to the push-pull scheme on the EL84 output lamps, which have long been popular due to the lively middle, solid pitch and musical involvement. The input stage uses a 12AX7 lamp, and the phase inverter is built on 12AU7, which should ensure stable and balanced operation.
