The ML3 Signature is a single—cycle, respectively, operating in pure class A and developing a power of 32 watts at a load from 4 to 16 ohms. There is no general feedback in it, but if necessary, a weak local operating system can be introduced — the necessary switches and regulators are output to the device body. Thanks to this, the amplifier works confidently with almost any acoustics.
Compared to the previous model of monoblocks (ML2.1), the ML2.2 is distinguished by an improved mains transformer and five pulsation filter chokes (unlike the two in ML2.1). The anode power stabilizer circuit has been improved, and higher-quality components have been applied. The output stage has been completely redesigned, based on the input stage of the ML3 Signature amplifier (it should be noted that the ML2.2 is closer to the ML3 Signature than to the ML2.1 in terms of sound).
The most powerful (monoblock) of Lamm hybrid amplifiers. It is made in the form of monoblocks. The amplifier demonstrates the unique transparency and volume of the sound stage. The output stage on MOSFET high-speed field-effect transistors operates in class A/AB with a high quiescent current. The optimal quiescent current of the output stage for a particular load is selected using a switch with two positions: 1-6 ohms and 8-16 ohms. The 2.2 amplifier provides 220 watts of output power at 8 and 4 ohms in Class A (at the appropriate switch positions), 440 watts at 2 ohms and 600 watts at 1 ohm.
