The AVM Ovation AS XL integrated amplifier is capable of providing an output power of 400 watts per channel and operates in classes A and AB. The design uses a 1,000 VA low-leakage power toroidal transformer, 24 output MOSFET transistors per channel, and filtering capacitors with a total capacity of more than 270,000 UF. The "dual mono" configuration provides high channel separation and a surround sound stage.
