Richter Audio The Wizard S7 SE has introduced its own new speakers, an updated housing architecture and a current version of the proprietary Teardrop tweeter SE in conjunction with a 70 mm dome driver. The emphasis here is on sound clarity, control and emotional involvement, and not on the "loud" numbers in the technical specifications.

The model received new midrange/woofer speakers with light rigid diffusers in cast aluminum baskets, as well as bass drivers with larger sound coils and increased travel. The crossovers have also been comprehensively improved: multi–stage circuits with separate circuits for each driver are used here for better integration and phase consistency.

The Excalibur S7SE crowns the line with a complex 4.5-band configuration to achieve large–scale sound in large rooms without losing focus and coherence.
