The A&K 64 Audio XIO in-ear headphones are equipped with a hybrid assembly with ten radiators in each earphone, tuned with surgical precision, as well as a passive four-band crossover, which, according to the developers, allows all frequencies to be perfectly combined.

The Astell & Kern HC5 DAC is equipped with a cable with a double anti-noise shield, including tinned copper conductors, aluminum foil and additional braid to protect the signal from electromagnetic interference and ensure stability in environments where portable audio systems often encounter difficulties.

The main difference between the player is the updated audio system with eight Cirrus Logic CS43198 digital-to-analog converters instead of the predecessor's four. The user can switch between operating modes with four or eight DACs. The first allows you to increase battery life, and the second opens up the maximum capabilities of the device when playing music.
