Напольная акустика — Kroma Atelier Irya

The Irya is a very large floorstanding loudspeaker from Kroma Atelier, built at an exceptional weight and with a wide power tolerance. This model sits within Kroma Atelier's ambitious flagship territory, reflecting the brand's willingness to pursue extreme engineering scale well beyond what most manufacturers attempt.

Position in line

It sits alongside the Mercedes and Turandot in Kroma Atelier's floorstanding hierarchy, near the even larger Maribel. This positioning alongside the Mercedes and Turandot, plus proximity to the flagship Maribel, confirms the Irya occupies serious territory within the brand's largest product tier.

Key specs that matter

Rated response is 19 Hz to 27 kHz, an exceptionally deep and wide window. Sensitivity is 91 dB into 4 ohms with an exceptionally wide 30-1000 W window. At 162 x 56 x 42 cm and 130 kg it is an exceptionally large, heavy tower, among the heaviest domestic loudspeakers available from any manufacturer.

Sound and use context

Expect an extraordinarily full-range, high-headroom presentation given the extreme cabinet mass and wide power tolerance - a reference-level performer built without meaningful compromise for the largest most demanding listening spaces.

Pairing

The wide 30-1000 W window admits both modest and extremely powerful amplifiers, broadening the amplifier choices available despite the loudspeaker's extreme scale.

Alternatives

The Maribel sits alongside this model in Kroma Atelier's flagship floorstanding range as a related, even larger design, worth comparing directly with a specialist dealer given the considerable investment either flagship option represents. Given the extreme 130 kg weight, professional delivery and structural floor assessment are both essential considerations before this tower arrives, since a cabinet this heavy is not something to be positioned casually. Kroma Atelier relatively specialist dealer network worldwide means sourcing an expert familiar with the brand extreme-scale engineering is worth the research effort at this level. Overall this remains an uncompromising choice for the largest, most demanding listening rooms. A dealer visit remains the simplest way to compare this model against the flagship Maribel. A qualified installer can also confirm the electrical supply suits equipment of this scale. Toe-in adjustment at the listening seat remains a free, worthwhile tweak once placement is finalised.
