The Forza Ultra is a four-way tower from Estelon of Tallinn, Estonia, introduced in September 2026 as the next evolution of the original Forza that debuted in 2019. Estelon rebuilt it with a new set of Accuton drivers, a redesigned crossover, its own connector system and Stillpoints Ultra SS V2 isolation fitted as standard, bringing in technologies from the Extreme platform. The price starts at EUR 159,000, USD 227,000 or AUD 299,995 per pair depending on finish and specification, and the international launch programme began in October 2026.
Key specs that matter
Every driver is a custom Accuton unit. Two 250 mm aluminium-dome woofers with long-stroke suspensions and neodymium motors handle the bass, a 190 mm Crystalid dome covers the lower midrange, a 90 mm Crystalid dome covers the midrange and a 25 mm diamond dome made by chemical vapour deposition works at the top. Crossover points are 90 Hz, 800 Hz and 2.5 kHz. The range is 27 Hz to 60 kHz, linear to 33 kHz, sensitivity is 89 dB at 2.83 V and power handling is 400 W. Nominal impedance is 3 ohm with a minimum of 2.3 ohm at 51 Hz, and Estelon asks for at least 20 W of amplification. Each speaker is 1,675 mm tall, 617 mm wide and 682 mm deep and weighs 150 kg.
Engineering and use context
The sealed cabinet is made of a proprietary marble-based composite, with curved surfaces, no parallel internal walls, extensive bracing and separate internal chambers to control standing waves and structural resonance. A sculpted front baffle places the upper drivers at similar distances from the listener for better time alignment. Estelon uses Symmetric Driver Loading so that both woofers see an equal acoustic load and move in unison, and places them near the floor. The crossover uses Flat Foil Direct Coupling, with hand-soldered parts on purpose-made mounting plates instead of circuit boards, housed in acoustically isolated chambers with short internal runs of Kubala Sosna cabling. The tweeter gains an updated surround and a multi-cavity rear chamber. Spring-loaded terminals adapted from the Extreme Mk II use copper foil ribbon, take bananas, spade lugs or stripped cable and allow bi-wired connection. Two-tone high-gloss finishes pair a Deep Dark Grey base with Silver Eclipse, Desert Pearl, Petra Gold or Ocean Spectra, each painted, wet-sanded and hand-polished over several weeks.
Pairing
Because the load dips so low, the Forza Ultra needs a transistor amplifier able to supply large currents into low loads, and Estelon suggests rooms of 40 to 125 m2.
Alternatives
A more compact tower from Estelon is the XB Mk II.
