The SE100 is a two-way passive shelf speaker from Eversolo, the Chinese maker of network streamers, DACs and amplifiers, and the company's first loudspeaker. It was unveiled on 1 August 2026 and is built around what Eversolo calls its BLACKEDGE CORE two-way architecture. The cabinet has a square 1 to 1 front and is sized to fit IKEA KALLAX shelving.

Key specs that matter

Eversolo pairs a 25 mm silk dome tweeter with a high-flux neodymium motor, and the mid-bass driver is a 5.25 inch paper-pulp cone with an oxygen-free copper voice coil. The crossover point is 2.6 kHz. Sensitivity is 88 dB at 2.83 V and 1 m, nominal impedance is 4 ohm with a minimum of 3.2 ohm, and frequency response is 55 Hz to 20 kHz ±3 dB, with bass extending to 50 Hz at -6 dB. Eversolo recommends amplifiers of 20 to 100 W, peak power handling is 180 W and peak output is 96 dB. The cabinet measures 180 mm wide, 290 mm high and 290 mm deep and is made of high-density MDF with a PU matte black finish.

Engineering and use context

A two-way design with a compact mid-bass driver keeps the cabinet small, and the silk dome takes over above the crossover point. Eversolo states that the crossover is designed for phase and time alignment between the two drivers, and that component values were finally chosen through listening tests. The neodymium tweeter motor gives a strong magnetic field in a small size, and the oxygen-free copper voice coil of the woofer carries the signal with low resistance. High-density MDF is used for the cabinet to limit wall vibration, and a magnetic grille with low diffraction attaches without visible fittings. The square front and limited depth let the speaker fit into the cube compartments of KALLAX shelves, a common furniture system for record and book storage. Because the impedance dips below its nominal value, the amplifier should be stable into low loads. Eversolo's range otherwise consists of electronics, so the SE100 extends it to a complete system with the company's own amplifiers.

The SE100 suits amplifiers within Eversolo's recommended range that cope with low loads, including Eversolo's AMP-F2, AMP-F8 and AMP-F10 amplifiers and streaming amplifiers from other makers, in a room of about 20 m2.
