It follows the original Kefine Klean, keeping the same basic ergonomic shape but adopting a new driver and a third tuning nozzle. Sales started on 6 February 2026, at USD 54 for the 3.5 mm version and USD 56 for the 4.4 mm and USB Type-C versions.

The detachable cable uses standard 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors and is 1.2 m long, made of high-purity silver-plated copper in a 2-core, 3-strand build with 108 wires in total. Buyers choose the termination at purchase - 3.5 mm single-ended, 4.4 mm balanced or USB Type-C, and only the Type-C version carries an inline microphone for calls.

Being an easy load, the Klean SV runs from phone dongles, laptops and portable players with no dedicated amplifier. The balanced version is meant for balanced outputs on portable DAC and amplifier units, the single-ended plug fits a standard headphone socket, and the Type-C cable connects straight to phones and computers that lack an analogue jack. Because the 2-pin sockets are standard, the stock lead can later be swapped for a cable with a different plug.
