The EMPIRE GANFET STEREO MONOBLOCK is a class D power amplifier from Mytek, sold under the name Empire Stereo GanFET Amplifier, and one chassis can serve as a two-channel amplifier, a bi-amp unit for a single speaker or a bridged monoblock. Its output stage uses the proprietary Mytek GanFET power module, model GAN01V01, built around gallium nitride transistors that Mytek describes as up to 30 times faster than conventional silicon MOSFETs.
